No GIF here — the ride is assembled live in your browser. The bike, body and giant head are separate paper cut-outs; JavaScript flips through four hand-cut leg frames while a vector crank turns under the feet so the shoes drive the pedals (bottom ▸ back ▸ top ▸ front) and the road scrolls past. Same head, swap the kit.
Each piece is generated separately so any rider's head drops onto any team's kit body, riding the same bike. That's the system; the rest of the peloton is just more heads and kits.
